Join us for a Christmas Game Taster evening at New College Swindon.
All dishes on the evening have been created by the Level 3 Chef students at New College Swindon. The Restaurant on the college campus is a training facility used by the catering students to give a real-world experience of serving and cooking for real customers.

Amuse bouche Caramelised, and spiced nuts —— Starter one Partridge, Caramelised pear, stuffing bon bon, port glaze —— Second starter Mallard, clementine, duck fat crouton, cranberry chutney —— Ballontine of turkey, Buckwheat toasted pine nuts and apricot stuffing Pig in blanket, sprouts, Turkey jus —— Stem ginger, and roasted fig sticky toffee pudding, spiced toffee sauce, Eggnog custard.
