Join BASC Wales for a unique game cooking masterclass and learn how to prepare two go-to game dishes guided by Coleg Cambria’s resident chef.
On arrival you will receive a warm welcome before meeting the rest of the group and given your dedicated workstation and ingredients. Over the course of the session, you will be taught how to prepare and cook two delicious game dishes.
Please bring a Tupperware box with you, as you will have the chance to take any extra food prepared by yourself home. (All other equipment will be provided).
There will also be a tea and coffee station set up to help yourselves throughout the day.
The aim of the masterclass is to give you the confidence and skills to cook with more game meat at home , utilising the wonderful Welsh game meat we have available in Wales.
