BASC Hosts Eat Game Dinner

Join Rob Newton, Regional Officer for BASC North, who will host this special evening with an inspired game dinner menu.

Arrive for 6.30pm for reception drinks and canapés, followed by a special four-course dinner menu created by Head Chef Ashley Binder, where ‘game’ is the star ingredient.

Experience the best of local game in a menu carefully designed for the enjoyment of the ‘converted’ and the ‘non-converted’ game gourmet, with selected wines paired to accompany the menu.
