This day is open to BASC members aged 18 and over who are new to rifle shooting. You do not have to be a FAC holder to attend the event; full instruction and equipment will be provided.
Participants will have a thorough introduction to target rifle shooting, starting off with .22 rimfire in the morning and moving on to full bore in the afternoon. All shooting positions are on covered firing points and electronically scored.
Registration will be at 9:45am followed by introductions and a safety briefing at 10:00am. The day will end at 3:30pm.
The cost for the day is £130. This includes one to one supervision and instruction, use of a firearm and ammunition.
