This tasting menu has been carefully created to showcase the incredible variety of seasonal game and wild meat available across the county. Celebrating locally harvested game, each course has been designed to celebrate the flavours of Suffolk’s game and wild meat.
Whether you’re already a fan of game or looking to try wild meat for the first time, this is the perfect opportunity to discover just how delicious, healthy and sustainable it can be.
