As a follow on from the Gralloch Demonstration Day on 22nd March, we are running a BASC Members’ Only Butchery Demonstration Day, just outside Fivemiletown in County Fermanagh.
Two deer will be butchered by a professional butcher on the day.
The day starts at 103.30am and costs £15, which includes a BBQ venison lunch.
It will be possible to purchase venison on the day subject to availability.
We are delighted to have Adrian Fitzsimons from the British Deer Society (BDS NI) with us on the day, and he will present on the requirements for putting deer into the food chain.
