The BASC NI team are hosting a Range Day/DSC1 Information Day on Saturday 8th February 2020, at Baronscourt Range, County Tyrone.
Under the control of a qualified Range Conducting Officer and Safety Staff, participants will have the opportunity to familiarise themselves with deer calibre centrefire rifles and go through a mock DSC1 shooting assessment, prior to the live assessment on the course. This experience will be invaluable when completing the shooting assessment module of DSC1.
The day costs £20 and is primarily aimed at those members who are registered for our February DSC1 course however it is open to all BASC members.
Many students find it useful to come along and talk with course instructors and familiarise themselves with the range where they will be assessed, prior to the course.
Those taking part may bring their own rifles and pistols, provided they have been conditioned for target shooting or zeroing on approved ranges.
