Bill Bailey Memorial Shoot- Young Shots Introduction to Wildfowling
Run by Essex Joint Council of Wildfowling clubs, supported by BASC East
Saturday 28 & Sunday 29 October 2023
Saturday
Group sessions will include an explanation of wildfowling and its history, legislation, quarry species and ID, hide building, decoys, range judging, dog work, marsh safety, clay shooting practice, a marsh visit and a fish and chip lunch.
Sunday
Groups will be split up for an accompanied guided tidal flight on different areas of the Essex salt marshes to complete the course, before returning for hot drinks and a de-brief.
£35 per person- suitable for ages 10-21
Guns must be steel proof and half choke or less
