Before contacting me with your booking request, please note the following:
- Clients will not be allowed to attend the examination apart from in exceptional circumstances
- Card payments may not be possible on the day (so please be prepared to pay via cash, cheque or bank transfer)
- To secure a booking, James will need to receive a deposit of £15 per dog within 5 days of receipt of the deposit request (the deposit will be deducted from the total examination fee)
- Receipt of the deposit provisionally secures the appointment
- The deposit is refundable if the appointment is cancelled at least two weeks in advance
- James will contact you 2-3 weeks before the appointment date to request information to enable us to fill in your paperwork in advance
- Failure to return registration details before the deadline will lead to cancellation of your appointment
The fees (before deposit deduction) are as follows:
- Routine eye test £50
- Gonioscopy eye test £60
- Routine AND gonioscopy £100
If you would like to book an appointment on the basis of all of the above, then please email James with details of:
- Preferred day of appointment
- Number of dogs
- Breed of each dog
- Test requirements (number of routine eye tests, number of gonioscopy eye tests and number of routine and gonioscopy eye tests combined)
James will then send you a deposit request. Once the deposit has been received, the provisional booking will be secured.
