BASC Wales will be hosting an ‘Eat Game’ evening at Nant-y-Moor Park. A delicious three-course menu where ‘game’ is the star ingredient has been designed.

MENU

Game pate with caramelised onion. 

Venison stew, creamy mash with seasonable vegetables. 

A choice of chocolate cheesecake or berry cheesecake
