Join award winning Chef Valentino of Clava at his monthly dinner club on the 21st of November 2024. The six-course menu is a celebration of British game and features locally sourced dishes of trout, partridge, pheasant, and venison, all expertly paired with sommelier selected wines.
BASC members have been offered a discount and a chance for early booking ahead of general release. It should be noted that these evenings are often fully booked within hours by the restaurant’s following so if you’re thinking of going, book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment!
