As the Game Shooting season is in full swing, BASC are collaborating with The King’s Head Inn, Suffolk, to celebrate the seasonality and sustainability of game as an increasingly popular source of meat.
Whether you have a seasoned palate or are completely new to wild meat, we have created a unique three-course menu which showcases a range of the finest locally-sourced game; with something to suit every diner, and each item with a story behind it.
Complete with tasting notes and information on each species, this event will also be an opportunity to find out more about the way in which we harvest game, and the ecological and agricultural reasons behind it. This event is open to all, and we encourage those new to game meat to give this versatile food source a try…we will see you there!
