Do you wonder what to do with your game birds once you’ve brought them home?
Come along to the Butler’s pantry on the 27th January and learn what comes next from game chef, Ralph Skripek.
You’ll get hands on and be shown how to pluck & dress a variety of game birds, followed by a cooking demonstration of each variety of bird.
Then finally onto a light lunch.
