BASC Wales will be hosting an online workshop to assist members with submitting a more in-depth response to the NRW consultation around gamebird release. If you are a land agent, landowner, shoot owner, shoot captain or someone that is wanting to send a more comprehensive response this event would be perfect for you.
The start of the session will provide you with a background to why the consultation has arisen and why it is integral for everyone linked to shooting to respond. The session will then go through questions 4 to 12 and provide you with more background into what this could mean long term and what key concerns you should express when responding.
This session will be free and open to both members and non-members. The session will be hosted by David Boden BASC Engagement Manger for Wales and Glynn Evans BASC Head of Wildlife and Game Management.
We are confident there will be many concerns and question in relation to this consultation so we would ask you to please email them through at least 24 hours before the sessions starts that way, we can try to answer them all. During the session you will not be able you to ask direct questions so please ensure they are submitted beforehand.
The event will be run over Microsoft teams and the link will be sent to your email after booking on. The event will be limited to 30 attendees and a further dates will be arrange if the event is fully booked.
