Due to the current outbreak of COVID 19 we are delivering courses to government guidelines making sure they are COVID safe. Subject to the government guidance, local lockdowns and National Lockdowns we may have to postpone some courses in the future at short notice. Are you interested in learning about deer and deer stalking? Our introduction to deer stalking event is a great place to start and to learn the basics before you go on to complete the DSC1 qualification.

The event is designed to equip those attending with basic knowledge of the following:

  • Deer (signs, species and distribution)
  • Deer (management/stalking/techniques)
  • Safety
  • Carcass handling
  • Law
  • Kit/equipment used
  • Qualifications, opportunities and next steps

The morning session will be classroom based and the afternoon session will take place outside. No live shooting will take place on this event.

Cost: £75 for BASC members/ £90 for non members.
