Ladies Luxury Clay Pigeon Shooting Day – Suffolk

Due to the outbreak of COVID 19 and government guidance BASC took the decision to postpone all training courses scheduled up until the end of June 2020. With the restrictions starting to be lifted in different areas of the UK at different rates, we expect courses to start going ahead from the 9th July in England and at later dates in Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales. All courses will be reviewed on a daily basis and be led by government advice. I would like to thank all our future course participants for being understanding during this difficult period. If your course was postponed or is going to be postponed you will be contacted by a member of staff. The list of current courses are published on the BASC website and are open to booking subject to further government guidance.

Ladies, BASC Eastern Invites you to join them at the fantastic High Lodge Shooting Ground for a Luxury Ladies Clay Shooting Day.

High Lodge is the Award Winning Favourite Clay Ground of 2019

9:00 Meet – On the day you will meet the team of guns in the shoot room for a safety brief over tea, ground coffee and bacon rolls

10:00 To the Field -You will and your BASC coach will head out into the ground and shoot various sporting clays

12:30 Afternoon Tea -You will head back to the shoot room where you can chat and discuss all the hits and maybe the odd miss over the finest cakes, tea and coffee.

13:30 Flush – you will then be split into teams and head back out to the ground for some health competition where you will shoot a flush (always great fun)

2:30 Luxury 3 Course Dinner – after the flush you will head back to the shoot room to enjoy a luxury 3 course meal.

Starters:

Homemade Soup of the Day Served with Freshly Baked Bread and Butter

Chicken Liver Pate with Dressed Baby Leaf Salad and Toasted Brioche

Pear and Blue Cheese Salad with Ciabatta Croutons

Mains:

Succulent Braised Venison with Port and Wild Mushrooms

Roasted Supreme of Chicken with Pan Gravy

Sun Blushed Tomato, Goats Cheese and Pesto Tart with Balsamic Drizzle

All Served with a Medley of Vegetables and Sautéed Rosemary and Sea Salt Potatoes

Desserts:

Sticky Toffee Pudding with Butter Toffee Sauce and Clotted Cream

Sicilian Lemon Meringue Cheesecake with Raspberry Coulis

Belgian Chocolate Roulade with Chantilly Cream and Honeycomb Shards

Tea, coffee and luxury mints to follow the meal
