Come and make up a team of Guns to enjoy a day’s live quarry shooting in Cumbria with a mentor and generous hospitality.

Based on a 60-bird day, this promises to be an excellent experience, with the emphasis on learning safely while being introduced to game shooting in a friendly atmosphere.

Meet at the barn near Newton Reigney, Penrith. CA11 0BW at 9.30 am for bacon sandwiches.

You’ll need a shotgun with current certificate, two boxes of game cartridges (6′ recommended), hearing protection, safety glasses and suitable outdoor clothing.

A buffet-style lunch will be provided.

The cost of the event is £170. Places are limited to 10.
