Due to the current outbreak of COVID 19 we are delivering courses to government guidelines making sure they are COVID safe. Subject to the government guidance, local lockdowns and National Lockdowns we may have to postpone some courses in the future at short notice. If your course is going to be postponed, you will be contacted directly by a member of staff to discuss your options.
Location: High Grange
High Grange are delighted to be hosting the BASC and their guests for an afternoon and evening of local game. Local chef and High Grange owner Luke will do a butchery and cookery demonstration of the best local game in our woodland, and you will then enjoy canapes and fizz in our outdoor bar and dining area overlooking the surrounding East Devon countryside.
Following this, a 4-course dinner will be served at High Grange’s vast oak table, hewn from one of our fallen trees and set in our woodland. There will be firepits and blankets to keep you warm!
The sample menu is below although please note there may be some small adjustments for what is seasonal and fresh that week. We can cater for any dietary requirements if you email email@example.com with details, but please give us 7 days notice. Please provide your BASC membership number (one per party) when booking.
