BASC North will be running a Try Sustainable Ammunition and Pattern Plate Testing event at Greenquirries, Cumbria, CA7 8BU.
You will be able to try several cartridge brands as well as testing on pattern plate targets.
Your gun will be checked for using steel shot, and guidance will be given around ammunition options and chokes.
All those attending should be experienced shots and are required to bring their own shotgun.
This is open to owners of 12 and 20 gauge shotguns only, and it is advised to bring your spare chokes if using a multi-choke gun.
Time slots available: 9:30, 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, 11:30, 12,00, Lunch, 13:00, 13:30, 14:00, 14.30,15:00,15:30.
Please bring your own ear defenders, safety glasses and certificate with you on the day.
Cost £30 per person and places are limited.
