BASC East invites you to join them on a try sustainable ammunition day at Mid Norfolk Shooting Ground on 18 October.
The purpose of the day is to ensure you are informed and comfortable as we make the transition away from lead shot.
On the day you will be greeted by a member of the team and have your gun inspected, ensuring it is suitable for steel shot.
You will then be briefed on the various types of cartridges available with different wadding systems and updated on the UK reach process, where we can also answer any questions/ concerns you may have.
You will then be given a selection of cartridges based on your intended quarry/discipline and handed over to a BASC coach who will take you shooting.
Once you have finished shooting you will then be invited back to have further discussions and talk about the cartridges used.
The cost is £20 for members and £30 for non-members and should take no longer than 1 hour per session.
Attendees must be 18 years of age or over.
