Are you interested in getting involved in deer stalking and butchery?
The day will take you from hill to grill, with experienced deer stalkers providing a knowledgeable insight into the basics of a day’s stalking.
This event will start with participants learning how to use a deer calibre rifle at various ranges and from various positions. Participants will have the chance to try shooting at a deer silhouette target.
We will then return to the BASC larder where Sandor from Kingdom Game will demonstrate carcass skinning and butchery.
A light BBQ lunch will be provided.
