This is a fantastic opportunity for youngsters to learn about the importance of deer management in the UK.

The day will include talks about deer management theory & the equipment used. A visit to a deer larder for a butchery demo and an estate walk looking for evidence of deer.  There will be range time watching a live fire demonstration & discussing shot placement.  There will also be a visit from UKDTR with their tracking dogs.

They will need to bring suitable clothes for the weather and for a walk in the countryside (long trousers and stout shoes).  All other equipment will be supplied

BASC members and non members welcome.
Minimum age: 10 years
Maximum age: 16 years

Members: £27.50 pp
Non-members: £30.00 pp+ booking fee

All equipment will be provided but Young Shots will need to bring a packed lunch and clothing suitable for the weather conditions and a walk in the countryside (long trousers)
