The event will provide information around grey squirrel ecology, and the conservation benefits of managing grey squirrel populations, as well as the methods used to reduce numbers.
Those attending will receive guidance on traps and trapping plus tuition on using air rifles from BASC coaches.
The event costs £10 per person.
Open to members and non-members.
Time: 10am-4pm
Age: Minimum 10 years. Maximum 18 years
Young Shots will need to bring lunch and refreshments plus suitable outdoor clothing for expected weather and eye protection if possible. All other equipment will be provided.
