New to shooting or looking to improve your skills?
Join us for a day of expert instruction with a BASC Shotgun Coach, including gun fit and patterning.
Whether you’ve just bought your first gun or have been shooting for a while, this bespoke coaching day is tailored to your skill level. We’ll focus on the targets you need to work on, ensuring you leave with improved technique and confidence.
Shooting live quarry?
While the day focuses on clay shooting, we can also adapt the session to simulate live quarry targets to better prepare you for shooting in the field.
What to bring:
- Your gun (and licence)
- Suitable clothing (including a hat, eye and ear protection)
- Lunch (or enjoy the café onsite offering food and drinks)
Sustainable cartridges and clays are included. Please ensure your gun is nitro or steel proof and choked ½ or less (we’ll check this for you on the day).

Booking is essential and spaces limited, open to BASC members 18 or over.
