We’re pleased to announce that the BASC .410 World Championships 2024 will be held on Sunday 6th October at Fauxdegla International Clay Shooting Centre. Home | Fauxdegla International Clay Shooting Centre, Llandegla
Test your skill with the smallest calibre shotgun at this event. Tackle a 50-bird target layout of sporting targets set over 7 stands in an exciting re-entry competition. There will also be a pool shoot over 8 targets available.
Competition entry times: 10:15am – last entry 3pm (no prior booking required).
Pool shoot times: 10:15am, closing 3:30pm.
Prizes for 1st to 3rd place in the following classes: Open, Ladies, Junior (aged 18 and under on day of event).
1st prize- 250 14g .410 Eley Hawk Cartridges and Perpetual Cup
Renowned for their quality and performance, these cartridges will provide the winners with top-tier ammunition for their shooting needs, offering both reliability and precision in every shot.
2nd prize- 100 14g .410 Eley Hawk Cartridges
3rd prize- 50 14g .410 Gamebore Cartridges
The overall winner – BASC World Champion is the highest scorer on the day from any class , they will be awarded a perpetual cup and a set of CENS DX5s with a retail value of £899, a premium hearing protection solution designed for superior comfort and performance. This top of the line prize ensures the winner will experience unparalleled sound clarity and protection, perfect for shooting activities. (The BASC .410 World Champion will forfeit their place in their class, however they are still able to claim any prizes from the separate pool shoot.)
*A reminder that all those who hold a current perpetual cup from last year, to please return them to Head Office, Rossett, before the event or bring back on the day.
Please note:
- All guns used must be either a complete .410 shotgun or have genuine .410 barrels set on any other shotgun calibre stock.
- Barrel inserts/tubes or similar devices of any description used in another calibre shotgun are NOT permitted.
- No restrictions on the type of .410 cartridge used (please check with the ground for availability).
