Whether you are responsible for driving the game cart, picking up, shooting, or beating attending a BASC small game meat hygiene course will give you the knowledge to ensure you understand best practise for the handling and storage of shot game.
This presentation covers the legislation covering small game and food hygiene.
BASC see good game handling as vitally important for the future of shooting so are offering this course for free to both members and non-members,
If you should you wish to complete the short exam, after the event, in your own time, you will receive a certificate with trained hunter status, for the onward supply of small game animals.
