Meet at 19:15 for a 19:45 sit-down

To Start

Local wild pigeon, roasted chestnuts complimented with blackberry’s, finished with a port wine and pigeon reduction.

Rabbit ravioli, green vegetable broth infused with lemon and thyme finished with crispy bacon shards .

In The Middle

Steamed venison and wild woodland mushroom suet pudding, creamed potatoes, sautéed cabbage with walnuts finished with a game jus lie.

Pan fried wild duck, pumpkin puree, potato gratin finished with a hedgerow fruit and wine reduction

To Finish

Traditional spotted dick pudding with home made custard sauce

Cambridgeshire burnt cream, wild berry compote
