Due to the outbreak of COVID 19 and government guidance on non-essential social gatherings, BASC has taken the decision to postpone all training courses scheduled up until the end of May.
If you are booked on a course you will be contacted in the next 14 days with details of the new date and venue. We will review all further courses on a daily basis and be led by government advice.

10.30 Arrive to a welcoming roaring fire, a steaming hot coffee and scone
11.30 – 13.30 Shooting in the stunning grounds of the house
Followed by shoot off if there is a tie in any of the Glad Rags Challenge categories beginners, improvers or experienced shot
13.45 Back inside the beautiful Raemoir for delicious lunch, chat and laughter.
This event will see the FINAL of 2019’s Glad Rags Challenge. From our 1st shoot of 2019, Pittodrie House Hotel Blast away the January Blues to this our 5th Birthday, ladies can submitted their scores for their 1st 30 clays from the events they attend. The best scores from 4 events will be entered into the competition.
There are three categories Experienced, Improvers and Beginners. Should there be a tie after the shooting element of this day in any or all of the categories then there will be a shoot off AT THIS EVENT. So if you think you might be in with a chance you need to be at this event.
Ladies are matched with others of similar experience and given an Instructor and targets to suit them. If you have never shot before do not worry you will be taught the basics and will be hitting simple targets in no time. For the more experienced ladies the targets will of course be more challenging.
Included in the price of £76 is gun hire, ear protection; safety glasses; insurance; clays; cartridges and tuition. Maximum ratio of 6 guns to 1 instructor / trap. Tea and coffee and scone on arrival and a delicious lunch.
