Join BASC at our Eat Game Evening to celebrate and taste fantastic Welsh game meat prepared by the team at Wolfcastle Country Hotel. A great opportunity to socialise with like minded people over a delectable three-course game dinner, providing a perfect blend of conversation and cuisine!

Menu

Starter

Game terrine, with prune puree, pickled blackberries, madeira jelly, game crisps and house bread. 

Main

Venison wellington with pomme Anna, glazed roscoff, tenderstem and game jus.

Dessert

Mango souffle with passion fruit sauce and banana ice-cream.

£48 per person. The first course will be served at 7:30pm.

Dress code: Smart.
