Do you want to know how to run a shoot, improve your shoot or learn some of the skills needed to become a gamekeeper? Then come along to the BASC Shoot Development Day at Bagots Park on the 7th May.
Information/demonstrations given will be focused on:
- Release pen siting/ building/ managing & gamebird management when in and around the release pen.
- Game bird health/ diseases and husbandry
- Cover crop siting/ planting/ management and selection
- Traps, snares, their siting/management and legislation
Lunch will be provided.
Cost: BASC members £45 / Non members £55
Bagots Park will be running a 100-bird flush for £10pp (cash) at the end of the day, so bring your shotgun along if you would like to take part.
