Join us to celebrate the start of the grouse season at Barbury Shooting School for BASC Wiltshire Social Committee’s annual grouse-themed clay shoot. The event is being held on Friday 16th August at Barbury Shooting School near Swindon starting at 17:00.
Stands include driven grouse, crossing blackcock and bounding mountain hare and more.
There are prizes for High Gun, Top Lady, and Top Junior (under 18).
Advance booking is essential, the price includes a quarter pound pheasant burger and a drink.
There is also a driven flush for teams of four guns (at a cost of £10 per person payable on the evening).
Those attending will need to bring eye and ear protection. Please bring your own cartridges, felt wad, or eco wad only. No plastic.
Barbury can provide eye and ear protection and sell cartridges.
