BASC North are once again hosting the annual fundraising dinner and sporting auction at The Inn at Whitewell on 4th March 2023.
The evening consists or a three course dinner followed by a raffle and sporting auction.
Menu
Starter
Smoked fillet of trout, potato and chive salad, tomato, and horseradish relish.
Main
Confit Goosnargh duck leg, red cabbage and bramley apple with cider fondant potato
Dessert
Lemon tart glazed with brown sugar, berry compote, raspberry coulis.
Coffee
Tickets are priced at £45 per head and can be purchased individually or in tables of 10
Meet at 6.30 – 7.00pm with seats taken at 7.15 sharp.
Dress code is Smart Casual/jeans and tweeds.
All proceeds going to Young Shots and Conservation projects in the Northern Region.
